Mounir is involved in artist management and event design, in 2014 he co-founded his own agency, Ginger Sounds, specializing in the production of shows and the provision of services around current world music.
He has also mixed at many events such as Visa For Music, Les Suds in Arles, The Arab World Institute…
During this residency, Mounir was in charge of leading the label management sessions and workshops.
