Guest speaker : Elias Khrouz

Elias Khrouz is a lawyer registered at the Madrid Bar and legal counsel in Morocco.
After a Master’s degree in intellectual property law and several years of practice in Spain, Elias Khrouz worked in Casablanca in international law firms where he was in charge of intellectual property. Since 2019, he has been working as an independent consultant, focusing on copyright law (music, audiovisual, visual arts and literature), media law, trademark law, new technology law and distribution law. He is currently completing a PhD at the University of Lausanne on the collective management of copyright and related rights.
